AdviserQuest is a specialist in 'skills based' professional development, education and training. We focus exclusively on professional development for financial planners in our industry in Australia. We provide financial planners with a range of unique education, training and coaching services to complement their technical training. Our programs focus purely on client engagement skills, client relationships and provide tools and resources to assist financial planners in becoming true professional by focusing on the 'human' side of financial planning.

AdviserQuest was established in November 2006 to bridge the gap between advisers’ technical abilities which are usually the emphasis of advisers’ education and training requirements in Australia and their 'human relations' capabilities based on an understanding of human psychology and communication.

At AdviserQuest we assist advisers with the skills necessary to attract clients, engage with clients and build lasting relationships that are based on trust to retain these clients for life. We do this by offering coaching and mentoring and tailored programs geared specifically towards financial planners which focused on the ‘client-centric' model of financial planning. This model utilises clients' goals and values as its foundation for providing quality tailored advice.

At AdviserQuest we believe strongly that as Advisers you are first and foremost in the business of ‘people’, assisting your clients to reach their life goals and objectives and to live fulfilling, inspiring lives that are in line with their highest values.

We assist financial planning professionals by transforming them into human relations experts and by doing so we focus on developing, the adviser, as a trusted partner and coach of their clients. This is the ’client-centric’ model of financial planning that we promote.

At AdviserQuest, we also assist financial planning professionals in positioning, managing and growing their practice through cutting edge marketing and lead generation strategies.  We are always exploring new and improved ways for financial planning professionals to market themselves with the client’s needs always as  the focus and to help them stand out from other advisers by clarifying their unique value proposition and communicating this successfully.
