AdviserQuest's workshops and seminars are customised through a 3-step process to ensure that you and your team get the maximum results from the tailored content that will deliver your outcomes.
Step 1: Prior to the Workshop
We meet with you in advance and conduct one or more of the following:
- Interviews
- Focus groups with SME's
- Needs analysis
Step 2: During the workshop
Rather than teach through lecture style programs, we engage workshop participants with our practical, participatory facilitation style. Our coaches use their industry experience to focus on real life case studies and discussions focused on the financial services industry.
We also provide ongoing adviser development plans and tools to all participants so that application of the knowledge from the workshop can then be transferred and implemented in the client/adviser environment, through application in their day-to-day activities.
Step 3: After the Workshop
To ensure that all participants retain and apply the information they will learn in our workshops, we offer follow-up coaching sessions. These sessions can be conducted as group coaching or as one-on-one sessions. All workshop participants have access to our experienced coaches who can be reached via phone or email any time to assist with questions or implementation of tools and techniques on the job. Our learner reinforcement services are offered as face to face or as distance self-paced modules using our adviser coaching kits.
