Leyla Banaei- Managing Director/ Coach & Facilitator In the 12 years that she has worked within the industry, and before establishing adviserQuest in 2006, Leyla has gained her experience through working directly with Financial Planners in business development and sales, practice management, client services, para planning and designing training for implementation of financial planning software solutions and also being a front line financial planner herself. Leyla's experience has come from working with various financial organisations including AMP, National Australia Bank Group, MLC, ANZ Bank, Macquarie Bank, BT Financial Group and other Licensees. Leyla's passionate about the evolution of the financial planning profession. She is currently researching and compiling a book on the process of engaging in value based financial planning. Leyla is also regular contributor to Money Management Magazine's ‘Technical Adviser' as a practice management expert. | |
Pat Richardson- Coach & Facilitator Pat first joined the industry in 1973 as an insurance agent with AMP. Since then Pat has held a number of roles mainly as the National Sales Manager for various organisations such as Norwich Life Insurance Company, Sun Alliance and Mawson Group. Over the span of his career in the industry, Pat has also owned his own consultancy business where he has worked directly with financial planners in business coaching, training and mentoring. Pat has a high level of involvement in the industry . He is passionate about the evolution of financial planning as a profession and mentoring younger advisers in the art of client engagement. Pat has been a keen yachtsman for a number of years and sailed as crew on an S80. He owns his own yacht and loves nothing more than taking time out to sail Gippsland Lakes for Pleasure. | |
Philip Campbell (CFP)- Coach & Facilitator Philip has 20 years experience in the financial planning industry, commencing originally as an AMP life insurance agent. From there, he progressed into a variety of roles in financial planning across sales, business development, practice management, marketing, compliance and training. Today Philip is largely involved in the delivery of financial planning education workshops and lectures covering studies such as the ADFS, Tier 1 and Tier 2 training for RG146, and financial planning subjects within the Bachelor of Business degree. Organisations he has delivered industry focused training at include Kaplan, Education Exchange, RMIT University and Charles Sturt University, Commonwealth Bank, Bendigo Bank, ANZ Bank, Westpac, Aviva, Centro Properties, Retirement Benefits Fund (Tasmania) and Equity Trustees. Philip is an active member of the Financial Planning Association, as the immediate past Chair of the FPA Melbourne Chapter and continuing as a member of the Chapter CPD sub-committee. | |
| | Lin Burgess- Coach and Faciltator Lin is a finance and communication practitioner with extensive financial planning, project management, training and financial planner education experience. She has also been a practicing Financial Planner and CFP®. In the 15 years that Lin has been a professional member of the industry she has gained her experience through various roles in recruitment, portfolio management, financial planning and also as an expert trainer and mentor in the education of financial planners. Neda has a natural interest in people and her exceptional customer service abilities are well developed. Neda's current role with AdviserQuest involves creating and co-ordinating our regular workshops ensuring that our adviser members are kept informed of the latest news and that all of our clients are well looked after. |
Zaniah Carigiet- Events Director Zaniah has had a number of years experience in client relationship management, as team co-coordinator and in events.
